Alan,

    If you go to "view, display/hide layers" you'll be able to choose 
which layer.  For a normal PCB you should use the blue bottom layer. 
The red top layer is usually for SMT.

    After you draw the polygon, use the 'ratsnest' command to fill the 
polygon.

Superb!     Thanks, Philip.   You have been a big help.   I appreciate
your pointing me in the right direction.

I am also glad you pointed out that blue layer is the bottom for
through-hole technology!   Now I will learn how to move stuff from one
layer to another.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
