Link at geocities.br works for me - goes to a 'frames' homepage.
Only 'surreal' thing is working out if OP meant any link in particular,
since there was no subject and the site is in Potuguese..

The corresponding sub-frame is
http://geocities.yahoo.com.br/pancary/plotter.htm
which looks just the same to me: nothing wrong
with the OP's site - except frames :-(
