Homebrew PCBs

I just added a forlder in the Links section for PCB / Schematic 
software.

We've discussed a number of good packages recently. Add your favorites 
to this folder, so others can easily find them.

Yes, i know there is already a folder. But it has other software in it 
too, so its's a little confusing.

I'm not sure how that follows. The folder that was there already has a
lot of PCB and schematic capture software, so this just duplicates
links. In fact so far only the one you posted is not a duplicate.

I'm putting them all into one folder named PCB_Schematic_CAD_Software.
