Homebrew_PCBs

Hi friends,
Iam new to pcb design guys, can anybody help me out as how to create
a pcb a have the pcb circuit layout i hav to do this neatly.do any
one have web links as to an intro to create.i live in india[Chennai]
can any one suggest where can i get the chemicals and tools needed
for building pcbs.

It's NOT the absolute only way to do this, but it has several good
idea's.
Visit the download page of this forum there are other idea's there also.

I plan to publish "My Way" but time is short at the moment.
