It's probably not useable, at least by conventional drill bits. It would probably be limited to the smallest dental burrs or whatever they are called. My handpieces are packed away or may still be at my Canberra house, so it may take some time to find them. As somebody else pointed out, mounting the handpiece will be problematic - and I hadn't even thought of possible problems with the bearings.
