I guess it might help too to know the sizes...
Both boards are 1.6" X 3.6"
The traces are about .020" wide.
You will notice a "Grid" pattern in the copper, this was the texture
of the copper from the start. It wasn't very smooth to begin with
which may have caused poor results.
