Bill, I have taken apart the laminator, it wouldn't be easy to change the gears around for a different speed as the two rollers have the same size gears (to make rollers go in opposite directions)the motor has a smaller gear, the housings on the end of the rollers has no adjustment but a board would probably squeeze through the middle. Both rollers have heating elements on them. The fuser i'm going to use for my boards has a hollow roller with a powerful lamp in the hollow section for it's heating. i have taken photos but don't know how to upload them.Teach me to upload the photos and you're welcome to them.
