Its pretty easy to tell if it won't work.  Harder to say if it will.

Look for a hot laminator.  some of them use adhesive pouches and no
heat (kind of useless as a laminator or pcb transfer).  Look for a
wide enough exit slot or a way to widen it out.  some have molded
cases and the slot is of a fixed width.  Frankly, at $24 USD, I'd be
suprised.  There can't be much inside.  However, at $24, you should
buy one and hack it!  Let us know.
