You could copy the inkjet image with a copy machine, it uses toner too. Alternatively, there are many methods to transfer the layout. Most popular would be with photosensitive laquer on the PCB, which you expose through the artwork on a OHP transparency, and then develop. Look in the links section if you find any guides.
