Alan, I see a problem with this idea. How are you going to support the PCB in place? I was planning on using this design: http://www.vertice.cl/cnc1/ But with the gantry center-mounted for more surface coverage. I would have to place the rods at the extremities of the sliding platforms, I can do that. I'd have to place the screw along one side, I can do that too. But what about the bottom block? How do you get it to come up right alongside the via bole, the platforms are going to be in the way? I was thinking of using a variable-dimension forcefield to hold the PCB in place, waaaaay easier. Robert :) Feed wire through the board, 1/16" or so extra. Move the board slightly, so a block just above and just below catch the wire and start to bend it. Cut the wire just above the board, same 1/16" or so. Push the board on through the blocks, bending the wire ends the rest of the way over.
