Homebrew PCBs

Photo collections always seem to get incredibly cluttered with stuff 
that was of temporary value. 

You may want to consider creating a new folder for photos designated 
as 'pending deletion'. If someone requests it, a photo can be moved 
back to the regular sections. Otherwise, it could be deleted after 
some reasonable period of time.
