Definitly faster then using toner transfer, no chems. There's a really nice section on open source driver boards aswell. There are free open source plans for basically everything you need to get started milling pcb's. I even built my power supply from an old microwave oven one. Since my machine is down i am working with the toner transfer method to get some driver boards built so i can get my router running again.
