However, i often make small PCBs and the edges leave impressions in the paper while fusing, which might compromise print quality. A really good sheet is not really needed it seems. the ones i made were quick and easy to make and worked very well. I do not think there is much gain in re-use, as the amount of silicone needed is very small and because any paper can be used it is cheaper than inkjet paper. ST
