Hi Stefan,
If TT is that bad why do you use it? If I read this right, you say 
that TT is so distorted that it cannot be used, or?

I agree that if you have simple boards with just a few holes they can 
be done by hand, faster that CNC setup but not that much faster. The 
best thing with CNC is repetability.
