Lemon juice = citric acid
vinegar [Acetic acid] + salt [sodium chloride] =
(HAc +NaCl) ->
	 HCl [hydrochloric acid] + NaAc [Sodium Acetate?]

Either way they are acid bath cleaners - the HCl would be 
the nastier of the two.
