I print both sheets, with top side mirrored, line them up together by eye using a bright light to see through, and staple a few times along one edge. Then I slide the cleaned copper board in between them and use a clothes iron to bring it up to temp, followed by a laminator several times. Biggest board so far is 4 inches by 8 inches. Same process works for single side with component outline. mickey
