CNC ? check out crankorgan.com manual ? considder a table with a dremel and a pair of posts. The dremel would be mounted on a sled that is mounted on the posts. your foot would push on a lever that would pull a spring and move the dremel. two hands free, vision system capable, you'll be done this after noon.
