Homebrew PCBs

Is there someone on here that could try an experiment with that Tci 
PCB Program.

I was Curious Why the Downloaded program was 2.7mb, when the actual 
program is Quite Small.

So I Created a Non-installed file that contains the complete program.
Its only 104kb.

All I require is someone that HAS NOT YET INSTALLED the Origional 
Program to try this out for me.

I DID THIS AND It works on my computer, but I don't know if Win98 is 
somehow Linking the two Programs together.
THIS "MUST" BE SOMEONE THAT HAS NOT INSTALLED THE ORIGIONAL PROGRAM! 
I would Prefer someone with Win98 to try it.but I don't know if other 
versions of windows would be any different.

What Involved:
1) Just E-mail me.
2) I'll give you a link to download my file.
3) you create a Folder for it.
4) You download my file into it.
5) you click on it to Expand it. When you do, it will ask you if you 
want to proceed, Answer Yes. It will than ask you if you want to 
create the Sub Directory (Folder). Answer Yes.
6) Now just go into That Folder you created and click on the Tci.exe 
file.
It should Open the program and run Perfectly Normal, With my English 
names in it.
Worse comes to Worse and it doesn't work, Just delete the Entire 
Folder. This is NOT ACTUALLY BEING INSTALLED, so there will be No 
Problems.
