True story - went into my local shack to buy a DC power connector - I think it was 2 bucks. The guy behind the counter would not give up on trying to sign me up for cell phone service. He woldn't ring it up (no pun), just kept talking about how great the service was and ignored my "no thanks". Finally, I tossed the money on the counter and walked out. The guy says as I'm leaving "you don't know what you're missing". I bit my tongue but "You" would have been appropriate. I think they should change their slogan to "You've got questions, we've got cell phones".
