Homebrew PCBs

I kept going through 30watt irons, tips and elements.  Then I got a 
15watt iron.  Lasts alot longer.  Of course I have a problem of 
forgetting to unplug them.  Left one on for days once.  Didn't work 
the next time I went to use it.
