The Pulsonix software I use has a step and repeat function in the Plot
dialogue. Failing something like that I think you can use GC-Prevue to
import the Gerbers and drill file and use it to panellise the boards.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
