eagle does too for pins but not gates.  does psx?   also, I suspect 
no layout sw allows uP register pins to be swapped.

Wow, I think I'd go crazy if I didn't do DS boards.  Its really not 
much more work at all.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
