You send this to the Owner address, not the list address. Several alternatives mentioned: Label paper with all labels removed. Thin glossy magazine pages. Print on the back of the heat transfer foil film. The stuff that is meant to be heat pressed onto laser toner print. You will need to temporarily fasten it to a sheet of paper to make it stiff enough to feed.
