Homebrew PCBs

I got a pack of 20 varied sized carbide re-tips from Harber Freight for something like $5.  www.harborfreight.com,  item  44924-0VGA.  They also have 50 bit grab-bag for 12.99, the 20 bit one is a better  buy.  Search for "carbide bit".  They say "max speed 60,000 RPM"
