Adam Someone has written about this before, I think on here, but it may have been Electronics_101, but I think it was here. My understanding is that if you can handle PTH, and have access to an industrial sized heated press (a la the one Tom G was talking about earlier last week) it is not much harder than double sided. I think someone said they did it using epoxy to hold the boards together. Maybe ST, but you'd have to check the archives. Richard
