Homebrew PCBs

I just finished my CNC table which I plan to use to make PCBs. I 
have a Dremel tool mounted which I'd like to use to route the PCBs. 
Can anyone tell me the best bit to use and recommend a feedrate? 
Also, what should the spindle speed be set to (1-10)?

I've created a photo album called ww2k and uploaded a few pictures. 
The CNC table is make from scrap metal and roller skate bearings.
