On FR4 I get a very small amount of staining.  It is a slight bluish 
mottling which I can certainly live with.  Its barely visible.

I dont think water works well with acetone.  If I haven't completely 
dried off the board, the toner will not disolve.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
