I have stacks of Amiga 500, 2000, and a few 1200, 3000, and 4000.

They are so well documented and smoothly multitasking, there must be a
way to put these things to use in a mill/drill or motion control.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
