Best place to ask that is on the list. Jan Rowland made something
like that using a Commodore Pet to control it.

Do you mean Hard Drive IDE interface? The Amiga 1200 has a built-in
IDE interface, and the older style Amiga 4000. IDE cards for Amigas
are difficult to find.

There is the CMD hard drive interface for the C64/128, but I'm not
sure if it is IDE or SCSI. I just got one, I should go look at it.
