Homebrew PCBs

I've recently bought a few old PVC mixing tanks that were
each fitted with nice little magnetic drive pumps
(10L/minute). I'm wondering about converting one of them to
a spray etcher. I know these pumps can be expensive new and
is one reason why simple bubble assisted immersion etching
is common for hobbyists. Has anyone here built a spray
etcher or know of any links ?

The plumping can be done with common PVC pipe and fittings
and I've checked the cone shaped spray nozzles are available
from industrial suppliers. However I've have no experience
with spray equipment. I'm guessing it will be a trial and
error design.
