It's not that i am not very interested in casting too (really)
but i wonder if it isn't OT and maybe there are better groups.....

To the etching:
i somehow doubt it will work very nice. you need a very even etchn and 
then
you only have 2 "heights". i doubt it would look very realistic.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
