Homebrew PCBs

"Copper Clad" or "laminate" seem to work for me. Do keep shipping 
costs in mind, not only can this stuff be heavy, but some eBay 
sellers like to make a profit on the shipping.

I just picked up 10- 8x16 inch panels of 0.062 tick DS for $12, but 
shipping was another $18. Of course, even with shipping it's a better 
deal that mouser/digikey type suppliers.
