this utility will let you change all the pads at once IIRC
ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/pub/userfiles/ulp/change-pad-in-lbr.zip
you might want to export the parts to a new library for just that board
so it wont goof up the originals

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
