Hi All,
I just uploaded a small PCBoard I did in TurboCad. It is
a pure DXF that can be imported into KCam or other GCODE converters.
If you import the file into KCam you will see my milling method. I
go around and overlap each trace. You will also see the dots that
cause the mill to pre-drill holes. The file is a TRACE of my artwork.
After I draw the PCBoard outline file. I trace it in an efficent
mannor. This cuts down milling time. That PCB take 40 minutes at 6"
per minute.
