Years ago I purchased a bag-full of these items from a now defunct 
electronics mail order supplier.

I still have a few of them, and use them as required.
You can make any size IC socket you require using these pins.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
