I am assuming Green TRF is sold by pulser?
but not sure what positive development

cheap scotch lam means.
and what is a cheep household iron used for when the laminator is already the perfect heat and pressure?!??

If you have not tried Green TRF of pulsar type yet you should. It protects thru acid bathwhen doing toner transfer and positive development real good even with a cheep scotch lam followed by a cheep household iron.
