Maybe the Edinburgh Etch that adds citric acid.
Citric acid is available as white powder in supermarkets here.

I don't heat the FeCl. I just have it diluted 1:1 with water and put a
bit of HCl in it every few months.
By using air agitation, it converts to copper chloride etching, and the
stuff lasts indefinately. Mine is atleast 5 years old, and takes ~12mins
to etch a pcb.
