I found a small tabletop drill press (forgot what Proxxon called it) to hold my Proxxon IB/E rotary millilng tool vertical, so I can use it to drill holes in PCB.
IIRC, you can buy it from the vendor that sells the Proxxon tool. It works just like a drill press. It is also made by Proxxon. Haven't used it yet.
Still haven't got a laminator or heat press for toner transfer.
