While I CAN print ds boards, it isn't just "print one side, flip it over, print the other side". I have some time free at the end of this week and will try to publish what I have done, but the bottom line is that it can be done, though I would not expect to be able to align it better than a few mils.

A question for Mark Lerman about 2-sided board registration: did you get the side to side registration for 2 sided boards working adequately?
I have just gotten all the parts and pieces together, after a physical move from Dallas, TX to Houston, TX over the Christmas/New Year's holidays, to modify my ebay Lexmark printer for PCB printing. Before I begin, though, I would like to know for sure that I will be able to print double sided PCBs.
