They did that for a selfish reason- you can buy prints of those
images, the high res is only for them to print, and only shows you the
low res so -you- can't print.

That's why I've tried very hard to get people to use Files instead of
Photos. Yahoogroups won't let me delete the Photos area or I would
have set it up that way.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
