Hi , I also use Eagle, excellon drill files with Galaad copper cam. Usually the error you have is a mm to inch conversion problem. Make sure your setting are consistent mm or inch. Also Galaad softwere wants to see trailing zero's in the settings menu with Excellon drill files.
