Hi ,
I also use Eagle, excellon drill files with Galaad copper cam.
Usually the error you have is a mm to inch conversion problem. Make sure your setting are consistent mm or inch.
Also Galaad softwere wants to see trailing zero's in the settings menu with Excellon drill files.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
