All the big suppliers like Farnell stock this sort of stuff. I use something called Flux SK10 made by Kontakt Chemie. It's an aerosol flux. It takes some time to dry, but works very well. I have also used a solder-through lacquer in the past, that can be better as it it isn't sticky when handling. Soldering is a bit harder, though. I don't actually use it much. My home-made PCBs don't seem to oxidise, even after several months, probably because there is a small amount of resist left on the copper.
