I would agree with Paul on getting a different station. We had those Pace rework stations at work, and were constantly having to replace the glass tube in them.

They probably supply repair parts. At least they should, considering
the outrageous prices they charge.
You may be better off just buying a new station from a less expensive
maker. I have a Tenma soldering station that works every bit as well
as my older Weller.
