What?!? At 1200DPI the pixel pitch is .833 mils. So what do you mean? Edges of traces are straight with .5 mils variation peak to peak?
There is one L in mils, by the way. 1 inch = 1000 mils. Not to be confused with millimeters (mm). 1 mm ~= 39.37 mils.
