Solder mask type of dry film as opposed to etch resist dry film (which is thinner and not really suitable for solder mask) is generally called Dynamask, it's green (in all I have seen) as opposed to the blue of etch resist dry film. Search ebay for dynamask there is a seller in the Netherlands. Not very cheap stuff though.
