dedicated server.
for dedicated server I could suggest LINODE, they offer virtual servers
that can upgrade (and downgrade) according your needs, and accomplish two
main keys: 99.99% uptime and enough cheap.
and if you need help with setup I know several freelance sysadmins that are
cheap too (at least at present currency change ;) )
