I can highly recommend PhCNC <http://www.accuratecnc.com/phcncStd.php>. It's a bit pricey ($400-500 depending on Std vs. Pro) but the results are awesome, and it's relatively easy to use (as far as CAM/CNC software goes).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
