Homebrew PCBs

hi,

first of all, i'd like to thank to moderator for approving me joining 
here :)

my name is hari, i live in indonesia, jakarta, i work for 
telecommunication company as system administrator engineer. my daily job 
are maintaining servers.

oneday my colleague showed propeller clock/text on youtube to me. I was 
amazed, i began researching on how to make it. last thing i remember, i 
put atmega module on cooling fan. LOL. succeed. but not fast enough to 
prevent text from flickered. i need to make lighter mikrocontroller 
module. i need to make custom pcb layout. that's why I ended up in this 
group :).

i know how to use eagle. make layout with it. pcb (or FeCl) are easy to 
find here. the problems, chemicals such as positive 20 or dry film are 
hard to find here (not mention it's also expensive for hobbyist) :(. I 
need enlightenment on how to make simple, good quality pcb, anyway, one 
of my components is is TQFP chip, this is the hardest part...i've read 
some pages, but still haven't got a clue.

need help/guide here :)
