If you open the unit up. You may be able to use a thin washer to raise one of the rollers where it is mounted.

I know with my laminator, if its a thick pcb, when its running through I have to push the board up the end otherwise it will get caught

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
