When making PCBs at home, I use drafting paper and UV LEDs: http://capnstech.blogspot.com/2011/05/playpause-making-pcbs-at-home.html Works very well, 8mil features not a problem. But next time, I'm definitely using a spoonful of concentrated ferric chloride and a sponge. I tried toner transfer, but couldn't get reliable adhesion. Mitch.
